Now you understand the package plan, let’s see what are the pros and cons of U Mobile postpaid plan:
Video streaming quality
U Mobile did mention that the video streaming quality is at Standard Definition, what does this mean?
Standard Definition or SD is a smaller resolution which interlaced screen size 4:3 ratio and 480 lines of vertical resolution. In short, when you open a video on YouTube, the size is 480p.
Usually the speed needed for 480p video size is 5Mbps and below.
SMS rate
You’ll be charged 10 sen per SMS to any network. I know that we have WhatsApp, Line, FB Messenger, Telegram but 10 sen per SMS? Are you kidding?
Final verdict
Would I be interested in this plan? Mmm…
Honestly, U Mobile offers a good mobile plan with P99. However, Celcom comes out a new MEGA plan recently and it is worth for you to check out. But for me, looks like U Mobile P99 is better.
