Learn how to reload your Touch ‘n Go card at selected Maybank Kawanku ATMs. For Maybank Bankcard (ATM) cardholders only, now you have a convenient way to reload your Touch ‘n Go card.

You no longer have to queue at the regular payment centers, Maybank has provided the following transactions at selected Kawanku ATMs :

• Balance Inquiry: You can check the balance on your Touch ‘n Go card at the Kawanku ATM.
• Load Value: You can reload your Touch ‘n Go card by selecting RM50, RM100, RM150, RM200, RM250, RM300, RM400 or RM500

Note: RM0.50 will be deducted from your account for every successful reload transaction.

How to reload Touch ‘n Go card at Maybank Kawanku ATMs

1. Insert your Maybank card into the ATM.
2. Enter the PIN number.
3. Select Touch ‘n Go on the screen.
4. Select Load Value.
5. Your ATM card will be ejected.
6. Remove your ATM card and place your Touch ‘n Go card on the Touch ‘n Go panel.
7. Select the amount you wish to reload (Reload value from RM50 to RM500).
8. Select the account you wish to debit.
9. Place your Touch ‘n Go card on the Touch ‘n Go panel again to reload your card.
10. Once the transaction is successfully done, your Touch ‘n Go card new balance will be displayed on the screen, and a receipt will be printed.

How to check Touch ‘n Go card balance

1. Insert your Maybank card into the ATM machine.
2. Enter the PIN number.
3. On the screen, select Touch ‘n Go.
4. Select Balance Inquiry.
5. Your ATM card will be ejected.
6. Remove your ATM card and place your Touch ‘n Go card on the Touch n Go panel.
7. The balance will be displayed on the screen.
