In order to use the internet on your phone, you need to configure your phone with proper Access-Point-Name (APN). Here’s Webe APN settings for Android and iOS.
Basically, your phone will automatically set the correct APN setting (which is Unifi) upon the first insertion of webemobile sim card.
However, there is a case if your phone does not set it automatically. You can always request for the setting by sending SMS to 22288 with keyword APN.

Webe (Unifi Mobile) APN settings for Android and iOS
Set the APN settings exactly as follows. If you need help on where to edit these settings, see the steps for Android and iOS after the setting below.

- MMSC: Not set
- MMS Proxy: Not set
- MMS Port: Not set
- MCC: (Leave default value)
- MNC: (Leave default value)
- Authentication type: Not set
- APN Type: default
- APN protocol: IPv4
- APN roaming protocol: IPv4
- Enable/disable APN: APN enabled
- Bearer: Unspecified
- Mobile virtual network operator type: None
- Mobile virtual network operator value: Not set

Add new Webe APN on Android
- On your Android phone, tap on Settings.
- Tap on More networks.
- Tap on Mobile networks.
- Tap on Access Point Names.
- Tap on + to Add new APN.
- Continue with Webe (Unifi Mobile) APN settings above.
Add new Webe APN on iOS
- On your iOS device, tap on Settings.
- Tap on Cellular.
- Tap on Cellular Data Options.
- Tap on Cellular Data Network.
- Tap on Access Point Names.
- Tap on + to Add new APN.
- Continue with Webe (Unifi Mobile) APN settings above.
Don’t forget to save the settings.
Once you save and close the Settings screen, it will automatically connect to the internet if you already turn On the mobile data.
