How to set up Parental Controls on Disney+ for Desktop

How to set up age-rating content

1. Open any internet browser.
2. Go to Disney+.
3. Hover the pointer over your profile icon.
4. Select Edit Profiles.
5. Choose the profile you want to edit.
6. Scroll down to Parental Controls and select Content Rating.
7. If you have to, enter your password to continue.
8. Choose the age rating you want.
   • Pick between 0+, 6+, 9+, 12+, 14+, 16+, and 18+.
   • Your choice will restrict the content available for that specific profile to titles appropriate for that specific age and below.
9. Click Save.

How to create a kid’s profile

1. Open any internet browser.
2. Go to Disney+.
3. Click Add Profile.
4. Choose one of the available avatars.
5. Fill in the Profile name.
6. Flip the slide for Kids Profile to create a profile with curated content and a simplified interface.
7. Click Save.

How to set up profile PIN

1. Open any internet browser.
2. Go to Disney+.
3. Hover the pointer over your profile icon.
4. Select Edit profile.
5. Choose your profile to view all options.

8. Create a four-digit PIN to access your profile.

4. Tap the profile you want to edit.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.

7. Toggle the Profile PIN option to limit access to your profile.
8. Create the four-digit PIN.

3. Go to Account.
4. Select Parental Controls.
5. Toggle Restrict Profile Creation on to ensure no one can create new profiles.
6. Enter your password and confirm the changes.
