The following are the step by step instruction to enable the unknown source and install the add-on. Starting from Kodi 17, you’ll need to enable the unknown source option to be able to install any add-on from 3rd party.

Enable Unknown Sources in Kodi 17 Krypton
If this is your first time to install the add-on, you’ll need to enable the unknown source.
- Open Kodi 17 Krypton.
- At Home screen.
- Select Settings (gear icon).
- Select System.
- Select Add-ons.
- Slide the toggle next to Unknown sources.
- A warning message box will appear, click Yes to continue.

Continue with the following step by step to install the add-on.
- Go back to Home screen.
- Select Settings (gear icon).
- Select File manager.
- Select Add source.
- Select <None>.
- Enter the URL of the add-on including the http:// and click OK.
- In Enter a name for this media source, give it a name and click OK.
- Go back to Home screen.
- Select Add-ons.
- Select Package installation (open box icon).
- Select Install from zip file.
- Select the media source you just added.
- Select the zip file and click OK.
- Wait for the Add-on enabled notification.
- Select Install from repository.
- Select the repository you just installed.
- Select Video/Music/Game/Program/Picture add-ons.
- Select the add-on you’d like to install and click Install.
- Wait for the Add-on installed notification.
