On Windows computer, the router IP address is called Default Gateway. You can find them in Wifi Status when your computer is connected to the router. Let’s dive in.
Connect your computer to the router by wire or wireless. It is not necessary to have internet connection. As long as you computer connected to the router is enough.
View router IP address in Windows 10
- Click Start button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Network & Internet.
- Select Status.
- Select Network and Sharing Center.
- Click on the name of current active connection.
- In Wifi Status window, click Details.
- Look for IPv4 Default Gateway and your router IP address is on it’s right.
Done! Now you have the router IP address.
You can use the router IP address to access the web-based utility page. To do this, you must include http:// followed by the router IP address. For example http://192.168.0.1.
