Basically, Kodi Add-on repository is a place where you can install any Kodi add-on such as video add-on, program add-on, music add-on etc. Recently, some of the biggest repositories and popular developers have decided to discontinue and abandon their project. Some of them are SuperRepo, Metal Kettle who develope Cartoons8, Exodus team and Simply Caz to name a few.
Few popular add-on repositories which are still working and kicking are Ares Project, KODIM, Colossus, Noobs and Nerds and many more. To make it easier for you to install all these repositories, you can install Ares Wizard program add-on first and from there you can browse and install all active repositories.
How to remove or uninstall Kodi add-on repository
Step 1: Open Kodi.
Step 2: At Home screen, go to “SYSTEM”, select “Settings”.
Step 3: From the list on the left, select “Add-ons”.
Step 4: From the list of add-ons option, select “My add-ons”.
Step 5: From the list of add-ons folder, select “Add-on repository”.
Step 6: From the list of installed add-on repositories, find and select any add-on repository you want to uninstall.
Step 7: Click on the add-on repository, select “Uninstall” and click “Yes”.
Step 8: Wait until the uninstallation process completed.
Done! Congratulation, your add-on repository has been successfully uninstalled.
