How to download Twitter video and GIF image

Here’s how you can download any video and GIF image on Twitter website. With this method, you can download Twitter video and GIF image into your local drive without 3rd party app.

In the address bar, add sss right after the https://. Example of the URL:

Press Enter.
Select the Quality/Format and click the Download link.
Right-click on the video, select Save video as….
Navigate to the download folder and enter the name of the video.
Click Save.
Wait for the download to complete.

Method 2: From website

The following is the standard method to download the Twitter video and GIF image using SssTwitter website.

Open any internet browser.
Go to Twitter website.
Copy the Twitter video or GIF image URL.
Go to SssTwitter website.
Paste the tweet URL into the Insert a link box.
Click the green Download button beside the box.
Select the Quality/Format and click the Download link.
Right-click on the video, select Save video as….
Navigate to the download folder and enter the name of the video.
