How to backup and restore Kodi
Step 1: Open Kodi app. At Home Screen
Step 2: At Home Screen, select “SYSTEM” and click on “Settings”.
Step 3: From menu on the left, click on “Add-ons” and on the next page, click on “Get Add-ons”.
Step 4: From your list of repositories, find and click on “Kodi Add-on repository”.
Step 5: From the list of files, click on “Program Add-ons”.
Step 6: From the list of add-ons, find and select “Backup” and click “Install”.
Step 7: Wait for the add-on enabled notification at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 8: Go back to Home Screen, click on “PROGRAMS”.
Step 9: From the list of programs installed on your Kodi, find and click on “Backup” to do backup or select “Restore” to use restore function.
- You will have three options; Backup, Restore and Open Settings
Note: Remember to re-boot your Kodi after using restore function.
